A few house rules keep the home comfortable for every guest. Thank you for reading them.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 12 pm, check-out by 11 am. Earlier or later timings are usually possible — just ask in advance.
ID at check-in
Government photo ID is required for all adult guests, as per Indian regulations.
Booking and cancellation
A booking is confirmed once we reply and the deposit is arranged. Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full deposit refund; later cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
Quiet hours
This is a family neighbourhood — please keep noise low between 10 pm and 7 am.
Food, smoking and alcohol
The kitchen is vegetarian. Smoking is allowed only outdoors, and alcohol is not permitted on the premises, in keeping with Haridwar's character.
Children and pets
Children are very welcome. Please talk to us before bringing pets so we can plan the right room.
